You may find it hard to believe, but I am not very good (alright, I am very bad) at remembering names and relationships. In case anyone else is similarly challenged, here is a sketch of our immediate family.

A couple of family members are keen on genealogy, I can put you in touch if you are interested.
Other FAQs include "Where is Ginevra; what is she doing; what will she do next?" She has returned from Chiiori and Chennai, and is again a wandering minstrel; probably best not to ask; you are joking of course.
After an absurd and frustrating delay, Woody has had grommets inserted in his ears. The difference is dramatic, he now understands much more; speaks, sings, and dances. Now he understands speech better, he is more sophisticated about being naughty. He has started school, but is not yet permanently settled (very frustrating, glad we are over that hassle).
In the recent hurricane there was a lot of damage to the harbour, five boats thought to have been beached, installations wrecked. Winds of 125 mph reported (99mph in the Village). We had minor damage to the house, the greenhouse was wrecked.

Our car was damaged and we spent some time part-way down a mountain shortly before the storm peaked. A more exciting trip to the dentist than we expected. Full story on request (if you are not careful).
The nearby Inverewe Garden lost many trees during the storm, and more were damaged, including some of Valerie's favourite gums.
With the agreement of the Head Gardener and Forester, we have taken some logs, of various species, which I hope to mill, season, and use to build a musical instrument to present to the Gardens. I plan to document the whole process on a separate website. Work in progress!
Jo and Ash are now settled in Bristol. We shall miss the house in Clapham.
Valerie's stair lift has at last been installed, and work is proceeding on the extension to the middle floor.
